Eat Food embroidery pattern

Michael Pollen has distilled healthy eating into 7 simple words, "Eat food, not too much, mostly plants". I love these simple words, but thought it might help to have a reminder in my kitchen, near the fridge, to remind me at snack time that some carrots, or berries, or watermelon would be a better choice than that big piece of cheese (my weakness) I would usually gravitate towards. So... this pattern was born! Stitch it onto a tea towel, or frame it up in a hoop, to help you keep your healthy eating goals on track.
