Hooded Dragon Cape

Connor needed a dragon costume. There's one obstacle though: Connor doesn't like wearing costumes. At all. Maybe it's the feeling of wearing multiple layers of clothing, but whatever the case, I knew I had to get creative. I thought about my options for awhile, and finally landed on the idea of making Connor a hooded dragon cape out of felt.
