Cute and easy DIY Easter Basket sewing inspiration
Do your kids have an Easter egg hunt, or does the Easter bunny just leave a basket full of goodies on Easter Sunday? Hunting for Easter eggs is such a fun tradition, although growing up in Australia, we didn’t have egg hunts. The weather around Easter is always unpredictable. If Easter is early, it could be a scorching hot day. No one wants melted Easter eggs – what a mess!

Instead, we decorated a shoebox each year to leave out for the Easter bunny. We’d fill it with shredded paper or tissue paper as a nest for the eggs.
